The 2020 Arts and Crafts Festival is Postponed

Saturday, September 19th and Sunday, September 20th, 2020.

10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This is a 2-day event, rain or shine.


Center Parking Lot, Iron Horse Blvd, Simsbury between Jim Gallagher Way and Wilcox Lane

11’ frontage: $195; 15’ frontage: $210 

All spaces are 14' deep.

The fee covers both days of the event, and includes a non-refundable $25 application fee. 

Accepted exhibitors who provide written notification of voluntary withdrawal from the festival to by May 31, 2020 will receive a refund, less the

$25 application fee.  No refunds for voluntary withdrawals will be provided after May 31, 2020.




All arts and crafts must be the original creation of the exhibitor. No agents are allowed. Manufactured items and works made from kits of any kind are not acceptable. Sale or exhibit of items or services not listed on the application form will not be allowed. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in your being asked to leave the festival and disqualified from future festivals.


Exhibitors must provide their own tents and display materials. Tents must have sides so spaces can be fully enclosed at night. Free-standing canopies must be contained within the allotted space. Any vendor providing food or food samples to the public must comply with all applicable public health permits.  No vendor will be accepted unless the Dept. of Revenue Services portion of this application is completed. If an accepted exhibitor has not informed the Arts & Crafts Festival committee of its tax number by August 15, he/she will be disqualified from the show without refund.

Set-Up Options:

Friday, September 18th from 2:00pm to 7:00pm

Saturday, September 19th from 7:00am to 9:30am

Entry Deadline & Payment:

11' frontgate: $195, 15' frontgate: $210

Jurying Dates: March 2020 through August 2020.  

Exhibitors will be notified as soon as possible after each jurying.  If your application is rejected after jurying, you will be refunded the booth rental fee less the non-refundable $25 application fee.
