This is a 2-day event, rain or shine.
Center Parking Lot, Iron Horse Blvd, Simsbury between Jim Gallagher Way and Wilcox Lane
All spaces have 11' frontage and are 14' deep.
A tent is not required but is highly recommended.
Non-profit must provide tables, chairs and all other materials.
The fee covers both days of the event, and includes a non-refundable $25 application fee.
Accepted exhibitors who provide written notification of voluntary withdrawal from the festival to by May 31, 2020 will receive a refund, less the
$25 application fee. No refunds for voluntary withdrawals will be provided after May 31, 2020.
Non-profit exhibitors are not required, but are highly encouraged, to have a tent. The organization is responsible for providing tables, chairs and materials for display. The Simsbury Junior Woman's Club reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual or organization and submitting this application does not ensure acceptance. Participation in the Festival is at the sole discretion of the Simsbury Junior Woman's Club.

Entry Deadline & Payment:
11' frontgate: $75
Exhibitors will be notified of acceptance as soon as possible after acceptance by the Simsbury Junior Woman's Club.. If your application is rejected, you will be refunded the booth rental fee less the non-refundable $25 application fee.
