Register for Simsbury's 2025 Annual Arts & Crafts Festival.
Proceeds to fund scholarships and support local charities.

Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st, 2025.
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This is a 2-day event, rain or shine.
Location:
The Simsbury Performing Arts Center
22 Iron Horse Blvd, Simsbury
Fee: $100
All spaces have 12' frontage and are 15' deep.
A tent is not required but is highly recommended.
Non-profit must provide tables, chairs and all other materials.
The fee covers both days of the event, and includes a non-refundable $25 application fee.
Accepted exhibitors who provide written notification of voluntary withdrawal from the festival to simsburyartsandcraftsfestival@gmail.com by May 31, 2025 will receive a refund, less the
$25 application fee. No refunds for voluntary withdrawals will be provided after that date.

Non-profit exhibitors are not required, but are highly encouraged, to have a tent. Non-profit must also provide tables, chairs and all other materials for your space. Your space will have a 12’ frontage with a 15’ depth. Fees are for a 2-day event and are non-refundable upon acceptance. The Simsbury Junior Woman's Club reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual or organization and submitting this application does not ensure acceptance. Participation in the Festival is at the sole discretion of the Simsbury Junior Woman's Club.

Friday, September 19th from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday, September 20th from 7:00 am to 9:30 am

Entry Deadline & Payment:

12' frontage: $100
Exhibitors will be notified of acceptance as soon as possible after acceptance by the Simsbury Junior Woman's Club. If your application is rejected, you will be refunded the booth rental fee less the non-refundable $25 application fee. After filling out the form above please follow the prompts to submit your payment.
