The Simsbury Junior Woman's Club

2024 Simsbury Arts & Crafts Festival!
Let over 5,000 attendees know that you support this beloved community event.
The Simsbury Junior Woman's Club uses net proceeds from the event to support
scholarships and grants to non-profits in the greater Farmington Valley.

PREMIER SPONSOR: $1,500
• Space provided for a 11’ x 11’ booth (sponsor to provide tent, tables, and chairs)
• 1/2 page color ad in festival booklet handed out to over 5,000 participants

• Sign at entrance to festival of Premier Sponsorship
GOLD SPONSOR: $500
• Space provided for a 11’ x 11’ booth (sponsor to provide tent, tables and chairs)
• 3.5 x 2 inch color ad in festival booklet handed out to over 5,000 participants
• Company logo on festival website with link to sponsor website
SILVER SPONSOR: $250
• Logo in festival booklet handed out to over 5,000 participants
• Company logo on festival website with link to sponsor website

BRONZE SPONSOR: $100
• Sponsor/company name in color ad in festival booklet handed out to over 5,000 participants
• Company logo on festival website with link to sponsor website
Sponsor Exhibitors:
Festival sponsors who receive a booth space are not required, but are highly encouraged, to have a tent. The sponsor is responsible for providing tables, chairs and materials for display. The Simsbury Junior Woman's Club reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual or organization and submitting this application does not ensure acceptance. Participation in the Festival is at the sole discretion of the Simsbury Junior Woman's Club.
